He has a master's degree in Software Engineering from NUS and a BE degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India. Nisith is passionate about the impact of intelligent software in our lives and is intrigued by its future possibilities. As a part of the Data Science & Machine Learning team at Accenture Singapore, Nisith applies DS and ML techniques to solve business problems and deliver high-performance value to clients through data. His experience spans across various industries, including plantation, semiconductor, oil and gas, and public service. Nisith has worked on several projects that showcase his technical expertise in areas such as Search Engine, Natural Language Processing & Knowledge Graphs, Fairness & Open Source Python library publishing, Upstream Optimization, Predictive Maintenance & Deep Learning, and Computer Vision & Deep Learning. He has been involved in developing, testing, and publishing an open-source python library for model fairness assessment based on a fairness methodology whitepaper by a finance regulator. In his past role as a Graduate Intern at FIS, Nisith worked on a financial domain project with a team of six. He guided the project through all the phases of SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and delivery, and extensive documentation to support the system.
