Niteen Bali is an experienced Project and Product Manager with a proven ability to translate business needs into technology by working in the digital financial industry. With a forte in stakeholder management and process automation, Niteen has shown an aptitude for sales and category management. He is currently interested in concepts around Technical Programs. Niteen is currently a Senior Product Manager at Ola, where he manages BNPL and Asset Financing. He is also responsible for platformisation and building marketplace models in place. Previously, Niteen worked at IDFC, where he served as a Product Lead, leading tech innovations and projects for TW Loans, driving digital approach via creative interventions, and setting benchmarks in agile methodology of DevOps. He also served as a Senior Product Manager, Chief Manager in Vehicles product team, looking at implementing digital solutions and handling sales queries and SPOC for Salesforce implementation. He was also involved in analyzing product P&L as well as sales team productivity. Niteen has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Surathkal. He also attended Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra from 2006 to 2009. Niteen's technical skills include product management, DevOps, Salesforce, and Python. He is skilled in Salesforce-CRM, C++, Python, Tablueu, and APIs. With his experience and skills, Niteen has become an expert in managing projects and products in the digital financial industry.
