Niteesh is a seasoned Engineering Manager with close to a decade of experience working with international tech companies. He has a proven track record of building consumer-centric products, launching platforms, and managing cross-cultural teams. Niteesh has a demonstrated history of architecting multiple large-scale critical services, distributed systems, and leading key business-critical projects. Currently working as a Software Development Engineer II at Commonfloor, Niteesh is responsible for writing scalable and maintainable code for the CF Platform. He is also part of the architectural committee for migration from a monolithic architecture to microservices. Prior to his current role, Niteesh worked at Oracle as a Member Technical Staff, where he worked on Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM). He also worked as a Research Intern at DRDO, where he created a 6-DOF Flight model for better visuals and simulation for the Air War Game Simulator. Niteesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (DTU). He has a diverse tech stack that includes Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Redis, MongoDB, AWS, Backend, Python, RabbitMQ, Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Web, MySQL, Javascript, PHP, Cassandra, Elastic Search, Kafka, Microservices, Flask, Integration, and UI.
