Nitesh Boyina is an innovative entrepreneur with a passion for building disruptive products from scratch. With over 8 years of experience in the mechanical engineering industry, he has acquired a diverse skill set that includes Design Thinking, SolidWorks, Creo, Teamwork, and Adobe Photoshop, analysis, CAE, Rapid prototyping, GD&T, and strong problem-solving skills. Nitesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He is currently the Head of Mechanical at Eternal Robotics, where he leads the development of ergonomic automation solutions that integrate mechanical, electronics, and computer-vision verticals. His team is currently focused on tackling the decorative painting sector by automating the unergonomic, fatigue-inducing aspects of painting, leaving the skilled job to painters. Nitesh's experience extends beyond his current role. He has also worked as an intern at Spicer India Ltd, where he focused on reducing operator fatigue levels and increasing productivity through ergonomics. He also worked as an intern at Rane Group, where he improved the quality of steering shaft welding. In addition to his product building goals, Nitesh is committed to nurturing existing talent and acquiring fresh, worthy talent for his organization.
