Nitesh Tripathi is a passionate and people-oriented HR and Talent Acquisition Lead at Blue Sky Analytics, where he currently serves as the People and Culture Manager. With a career spanning over six years, Nitesh has impacted the health and success of multiple organizations with dedication and genuine relationship-building abilities. Nitesh's journey began as a sales engineer with Videocon, where he learned client handling and sales skills. Later, he did some freelancing as a digital marketing consultant to learn something new and enhance his customer handling skills. As a tech-savvy person, he also tried Technical Support with Teleperformance, working in the process of Microsoft dealing with US customers. However, it was during a career guidance seminar in 2014 that Nitesh discovered his true calling. He became a recruiter, leveraging his strong sourcing abilities to locate technology and product management talent. Nitesh is a passionate and agnostic technology recruiting professional who talks to people from different backgrounds and industries to find the best fit for the job. Nitesh has worked with different kinds of people in different industries, making him an expert in identifying the right talent for any organization. He has worked with Rocketlane as a Talent Acquisition Lead and with Edifecs as a Talent Acquisition professional, where he provided full life-cycle recruitment of IT roles, including sourcing/headhunting, screening, and interviewing prospective candidates. Nitesh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR/IT from Lovely Professional University and a BCom in Computer Application from St. Aloysius'​ College. He completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where he studied Business/Commerce, General. Nitesh is a firm believer in the principle of Esprit de corps and easily adapts to new places and people. He is a passionate advocate of culture, talent, transformation, technology, employer branding, campus hiring, performance management, CSR, and DEI.
