He is a seasoned integration lead with a focus on multi-tech environments, and has led small and large projects across various domains including healthcare, food, finance, and banking. Nithin's early career involved Java and relevant frameworks like Springs and Struts, combined with hands-on exposure to UI, SQL, and web services. He has a strong passion for learning and expanding his design and architectural skills, and is always up for a challenge when it comes to keeping up with the latest technology trends. Currently, Nithin works as a Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, where he leverages his expertise to mentor and guide his team towards delivering high-quality solutions. He has also worked at Mindtree and Infosys in the past, where he held the positions of Technical Lead and Technology Analyst, respectively. Nithin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from JNNCE, and has completed his PUC from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College.
