Nithish holds an MSc in Machine Learning and AI and has a strong focus on using digital technologies, especially Data and Machine Learning, Mobile apps, and IoT, to transform companies while keeping an eye on business value, adoption, culture, and the people side. Currently, Nithish is helping IT companies position themselves as digital transformation advisory firms and setting up Big data and Machine Learning practices while consulting clients on marketing and sales (Shared CMO, CSO) for startups and SMEs. He is also focused on accelerating startup/SME market discovery and growth using the customer focus, psychology of adoption, purchase, and numerous startup experiences. In the past, Nithish founded the digital brand/Instagram-based direct-to-consumer brand of essential and trend-based formal/semi-formal clothing for tall, athletes, and bodybuilder men, Mondo New York. He was responsible for building a digital brand, digital marketing, e-commerce store experience, promotions, and sourcing on-demand production. Additionally, he has also acted as an investor and advisor for Wedtalk. Nithish has an impressive educational background with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, an Accelerated Management Programme from Indian School of Business, a Post Graduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from International Institute of Information Technology – Bangalore, and a Master of Science in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from Liverpool John Moores University.
