She is a Computer Science Engineer, Programmer, and Software developer with a passion for theatre, public speaking, social work, travelling, and exploring. Niti's expertise lies in developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems. She has worked with messaging experience, where she created the next-gen chat platform for customer support executives by introducing messaging experience to chat platforms. She designed and developed the priority queuing rule engine and visitor queuing service using Springboot framework with Java as the tech stack. Niti has also worked on Performance, Scaling & Reliability (PSR) to handle huge loads and scale services. She has worked on scaling of Couchbase, Kafka, and Akka along with optimizing the code and working in multi-threaded environments. Niti has experience in Work Force Optimization (WFO), where she implemented scheduling and forecasting models and performed analytics on the generated result to build products that optimize the customer support executive's bandwidth for call and chat support. She worked on Python, APIGEE, Vault, and Pentaho along with Java and Spring as part of this project. Niti has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Panjab University. She completed her Higher Secondary School education in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English from Bal Niketan Model School and her Secondary School education from Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School.
