Niti Kaur is a passionate and curious MTS2 at Pure Storage with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, and deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals. She is a problem solver who applies her analytical skills to think of innovative ideas and turn them into impactful solutions. Niti is interested in software development and machine learning roles, and is open to internship/full-time opportunities. As a machine learning enthusiast, Niti uses her skills to build projects that benefit society at large. She is an eager beaver and a confident communicator who can work single-handedly and as a team with flexibility and efficiency. Niti has led various teams for technical events and promotes a collaborative and competitive learning environment among peers, especially women. Niti is a technology enthusiast who has actively contributed to building products and solutions, giving talks, organizing hackathons, and conducting workshops. She has also organized debates and many other events where she showcased her leadership, management, and organizational roles. Niti has worked as an Open Source Developer at Google Season of Docs and as an intern at Mind Mapperz. At Mind Mapperz, she built a Handwriting Recognition and Document Comparison System using Tensorflow backend for checking answer scripts of students, and a Student’s Performance Analysis Jupyter notebook for analyzing students’ performance in school over the month by performing Data Analysis, Wrangling & Transformation using Numpy, Seaborn, Pandas. Niti holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Una. She also has a strong academic background, having completed her 12th and 10th from Modern Delhi Public School and St. Anthony's Senior Secondary School, respectively. Niti's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Jupyter, Computer Vision, Seaborn, Tensorflow, Pandas, and Backend.
