Nitika Shroff is a final year undergraduate student of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Kharagpur, currently enrolled in its B.Tech course. With a keen interest in the financial sector, she is all set to join JP Morgan Chase as an incoming QR Analyst. Nitika has gained valuable work experience through her internships at Vedanta Resources and Upscale, where she worked as an Operations Intern and SDE Intern, respectively. She has also served as a Coordinator for the Students' Alumni Cell at IIT Kharagpur, where she worked under the Dean of Alumni Affairs. Nitika has been actively involved in organizing events like the Annual Alumni Meet, Homecoming, Regional Student-Alumni Meet, Leadership Summit, and Alumni Talks. She has also played a crucial role in programmes like the Alumni Student Mentorship, which aims to establish and nurture the interaction between the Institute and the alumni. Nitika's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a 12th Board score of 95% and 10th Board score of 10 CGPA from Delhi Public School, Ruby Park. Her technical skills include software engineering, and she has relevant work experience of 1.86 years. With her academic and professional experience, Nitika is well-equipped to take on the challenges of the financial sector and contribute meaningfully to her role at JP Morgan Chase.
