Nitin Aggarwal is a highly experienced machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) professional with over 9 years of industry experience in deep learning, data science, business analytics, management consulting, product management, and software development. He is currently the Head of Cloud AI Services (India) at Google, where he works as a Senior Technical PM to design AI solutions/products for Google's strategic enterprise customers. He developed image processing-based spam identification solutions that prevented multi-billion bad impressions for a product. Nitin also worked at Inductis as a Lead Assistant Manager (Healthcare Machine Learning), where he identified First Call Resolution (FCR) to improve customer service experience and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Score. Nitin has completed an Executive Education in Corporate Innovation and Leadership from Stanford University, an Executive Data Science course from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MBA in Business Analytics and Operations Management from IIT, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
