Nitin Band is a highly experienced Software Engineer with over 20 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, he is working as a Team Lead at Sharp Software Development India, where he is responsible for developing a Document Management Solution that works with Sharp's MFPs. Prior to his current role, Nitin worked at 3DPLM Software Solutions as a Team Lead, where he led a team that developed and maintained batch platforms and 3 batch applications for ENOVIA MatrixOne. He was involved in planning projects with his counterparts and managers, defining specifications, design reviews, code reviews, and test planning with the QA team. Nitin was also responsible for managing escalated issues involving different teams across India and France, as well as risk analysis and management of the project with the Project Manager. Nitin's educational background includes attending Smt. Mulibai Charkha English School in Washim, MS, India, from 1982 to 1993. Nitin's tech stack includes expertise in test, QA, and software engineering. His skills and experience have enabled him to excel in his current and previous roles, where he has demonstrated a strong ability to work collaboratively with teams, manage complex projects, and deliver high-quality solutions.
