Nitin Bhagat is a Senior Site Reliability Developer at Oracle, with a passion for public speaking and storytelling. He discovered his love for computer science in 11th grade and has been hooked ever since. Nitin is currently a part of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Cloud Guard Product Development team, where he is responsible for building a cool and scalable product. In 2019, Nitin joined Toastmasters International, an organization that promotes communication, public speaking, and leadership skills. He has since become a mentor and coach to other members and has spoken at four colleges and eight companies on topics related to communication, presentation, public speaking, and humor skills. Nitin has also been a speaker at multiple in-person Oracle conferences across six cities in India and three online global conferences, delivering workshops on the basics of public speaking and empowering teams to execute effective presentations and demos. Nitin has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore. He has worked at Oracle for over five years, where he has delivered projects, POCs, and workshops for strategic customers, driving cloud consumption in millions of dollars. Nitin has also been a cloud engineer in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure North America Division, where he focused on customer success and ensuring customers achieved their desired outcomes while using OCI. Nitin's technical skills include expertise in SRE and infra. He is a strong education professional with a proven track record of success in his field.
