Nitin Dhawan is an accomplished innovator with over 12 years of experience in product management, UI/UX design, and research. Currently, he is working as an Innovator at Swiggy Labs, where he is responsible for driving innovation and developing new products for the company. Previously, Nitin worked as a Product Manager at Cashify, where he played a key role in driving usage and engagement metrics by streamlining customer service processes and establishing chat as the preferred channel for communication. He also implemented an escalation matrix for quick resolution of queries via chat and led the redesign, development, and execution of the current iteration of the Cashify website, resulting in higher average session durations and user engagements. Nitin also led cross-functional teams in researching, conceptualizing, and developing an experimental app pertaining to 'digital health' for customers. Before joining Cashify, Nitin co-founded Krave On, a real-time, dynamic pricing-based platform for restaurants. As a co-founder, he was responsible for conceptualizing and building the platform, identifying customer pain points, and working with developers to prototype, iterate, and launch solutions. Nitin oversaw all stages of product release lifecycles for three commercial products and supported sales and marketing staff by being present on all critical calls throughout the sales cycle. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin. He is proficient in product management, UI/UX design, research, and integration, and has a strong track record of identifying customer pain points and developing innovative solutions.
