Nitin Gaur is a digital transformation expert with over 6 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as the Manager of Digital Transformation at EXL, where he has played a pivotal role in the development of Proof of Concept for an industry-wide digital solution. Nitin has also been a critical player in establishing the first-ever Center of Excellence (CoE) by EXL for a major Australian P&C client by traveling onsite to Sydney. He has also been involved in pre-solutioning, diagnostics, and documentation for another major Australian P&C client by traveling onsite to Brisbane. Nitin has assessed different processes from the perspective of implementation of Robotics for one of the leading P&C clients based out of the USA and created comprehensive solution proposals containing the to-be process maps and cost-benefit analysis. He has also created a strategic roadmap for existing and new clients from the perspective of implementation of advanced digital technologies. Nitin's key achievements include a 100% rate of converting leads into prospects by showcasing the demo of the industry-wide digital solution. He has also brought significant cost savings for a US-based P&C insurance client due to the implementation of proposed robotics solutions. Nitin has the potential to generate revenue of several million dollars through the implementation of the industry-wide digital solution. He has also realized significant revenue due to the successful implementation of the Center of Excellence. Nitin has previously worked as a Management Trainee at EXL and a Digital Transformation Intern at RPG Enterprises. During his internship, he was awarded a pre-placement interview offer for outstanding contribution. Nitin has conceptualized and developed Excel-based dashboards for market analysis, channel analysis, customer segmentation, and value proposition and offerings to assess them quantitatively. He has also developed a pricing framework for an in-house RPA solution comparing three different pricing strategies.
