Nitin Jain is a highly experienced problem solver with a passion for navigating complex and ambiguous product and technical verticals. With 16+ years of experience in Payment Networks, Enterprise Payment Hub, and Core Banking Transformations at large Banks/Exchange Houses across Asia and the Middle East, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Currently, Nitin is building a Cloud Native Banking Stack for Zeta and leading multiple engineering teams, including Accounting Platform and Credit Card Stack. Nitin's specialties include Distributed Architecture, Microservices, Cloud Native Applications, REST APIs, Blockchain/Crypto, Enterprise Payments Hub, Payment Schemes (SWIFT, SEPA, UAEFTS, IMPS/UPI), Enterprise Architecture, Retail/Corporate Banking, Islamic Banking, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, and Package Implementations. He is a hands-on leader with a track record of driving product roadmaps to product vision, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring observability and controlled delivery. In addition to his tech expertise, Nitin has also worked as a performing arts promoter for over a decade and built a hyperlocal marketplace platform for artists. He is passionate about solving inefficiencies in the non-profit world and regularly reads about fashion, wellness, and fitness. Nitin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin. His tech stack includes Blockchain, Swift, Microservices, and Ruby. Currently working as a Program Manager at Google, Nitin has previously worked as a Sr Technical Program Manager and Technical Program Manager at Zeta, where he led multiple engineering teams and was responsible for microservices, cloud native architecture, design for scale, observability, and CI and controlled delivery.
