Nitin Jaryal is a highly motivated and goal-oriented UI/UX lead at EPAM Systems. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Nitin has a versatile background in visual design, identity, information architecture, and service design. He has worked on constitutive projects for numerous leading companies in a range of categories, including healthcare systems, E-commerce, and hi-tech domains. Nitin is now focused on research, service design, and helping to structure techniques of UX-process, responsive web design, and solving business problems. Nitin is a user experience designer with expertise in UX tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and Agile. He has domain exposure to hi-tech, healthcare, eCommerce (B2B & B2C), FinTech, and Tax. Nitin has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and a B.Tech from SUSCET Mohali, concentrating on the telecom market and development. Nitin's current role at EPAM Systems involves leading user experience design, planning, discovery, analysis, ideation, prototyping, and validation. He is also proficient in Material Design System (Components & Variants), UI Development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Foundation), Git Hub, and Agile. Nitin's past experiences include working as a Senior User Interface Engineer at General Electric and a Presentation Layer Developer at Sapient. Nitin's project details include working on mydeposits, a government-authorized deposit protection scheme for landlords, letting agents, and tenants. Nitin is an excellent communicator and loves meeting new people, learning about them, and proactively talking to them. He believes that this is the way to share and gain knowledge.
