Nitin Kamra is a Research Scientist currently working at Facebook Reality Labs in Redmond, WA. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California (USC) under his belt, Nitin's research primarily focuses on prediction and control in multi-agent settings with dense interactions amongst the various agents. His research areas also include reinforcement learning, continual learning, game theory, robotics, natural language understanding and graph-based relational learning. Nitin has had the privilege of working with some of the best minds in the field, including Milind Tambe (Harvard), Fei Fang (CMU), Nora Ayanian (USC) and TK Satish. Before joining Facebook Reality Labs, Nitin worked as an Applied Scientist Intern at Amazon and as a Research Intern with the Cortana Speech Modeling Team at Microsoft. Nitin holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where he focused on Control Theory and Signal Processing. During his time at IIT Delhi, Nitin served as the Technical Secretary of the Electrical Engineering Society and as the General Secretary of the Electronics Club. Nitin's education history includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science from USC, a Master's degree in Computer Science from USC, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Nitin has also attended Greenway Modern Sr. Sec. School, Greenway Modern School, and Bal Bharati Public School, Ghaziabad. Nitin's tech stack includes expertise as a Research Scientist and in Reinforcement Learning. With 1.53 years of relevant experience, Nitin is a highly skilled and accomplished researcher in the field of computer science and is constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in multi-agent settings and other related areas.
