Nitin Kapse is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. He started his career as a developer in the service-based industry and worked his way up to become a regional lead as a vice president in a leading bank in the world. Nitin's quest for more learning of big data technology and as an independent consultant resulted in his adventure as a solopreneur and big data trainer. As an independent data consultant, he worked with three startups and conducted more than 30+ big data training for thousands of working IT professionals in collaboration with four training institutes. Nitin has worked in various business areas and organizations, from startups to world leaders in the banking and technology sector. He has experience as a Senior Data Architect, Data Integration Engineer, Product Development, and Data Privacy Solution Architect. Currently, he is working as a Vice President at Credit Suisse, where he is leading the Platform Engineering and L3 support team. Nitin's vision is to create a technology and spirituality-driven world of constructive usage of tech science to create more peace, harmony, and freedom to human life. His mission is to transform and groom 1 million mid-career IT professionals via mentoring and continuous opportunities of new technologies to get 100% boost in their professional career and its monetization. He also aims to empower thousands of businesses to generate more revenue by providing cost-effective technical solutions via automation and data-driven tactical & strategic decision-making to attract more customer base to give them the best user experience in the industry. Apart from his professional work, Nitin is also a Passionpreneur who has started his own YouTube channel to share his experiences with the world to change their life from his learnings. Nitin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sinhgad College of Engineering.
