Nitin Nagpal is a skilled DevOps Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience in server infra architecting, automation, cost optimization, tuning, and deploying of the latest open-source tools on Linux-based systems running on the cloud. He is a Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, AWS 5x Certified, Kubernetes 4/4 Certified, and Docker Certified. Nitin is a keen learner and likes exploring new technologies. Currently, Nitin is working as a Principal Software Engineer (DevOps) at Peak India, where he is responsible for deploying EKS Cluster using IaC(Terraform) and AWS Codepipeline/Codebuild, private Helm Repo Setup using GitHub, automated Kubernetes deployments using Helm and AWS Codebuild, improved overall Security of the Platform, and Multi-region setup of the platform. He has been recognized with "Engineer of the Year - 2022" for his exceptional work. In the past, Nitin has worked with OYO as a DevOps Engineer III and DevOps Engineer II. He was part of the Monolith to Microservices migration team at OYO, where he re-architected VPCs for scaling and availability, set up monitoring using Zabbix/Grafana, automated infra provisioning using Terraform/Packer/Jenkins, set up One-Click Mongo Cluster (Replica Set) using Terraform/Jenkins, One-Click ELK Cluster using Terraform/Jenkins, One-Click Elastic APM Stack using Terraform/Jenkins, and managed AWS Elastic Beanstalk environment creation, configuration, tuning, and deployments.
