Nitin Narayanan is a skilled backend engineer with a passion for cutting-edge full-stack development and data science. He is currently pursuing his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at VIT Chennai, where he is expected to graduate in 2023. Nitin has a preferred tech stack that includes React/Next, Tailwind/MUI, Redux Toolkit, TanStack, Express-Node, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL. Nitin has experience working with several backend frameworks, such as Express, Flask, Django, FastAPI, and Spring Boot. He is also proficient in AWS, SQL, and PyTorch, making him a versatile software engineer. Currently, Nitin works as a software engineer at Quicket Solutions, where he has implemented a wrapper for JWT-based authentication using AWS Cognito. He has also written end-to-end tests for authentication and file upload functionalities and implemented endpoints for file uploads to S3 using a GraphQL client. Before joining Quicket Solutions, Nitin worked as a software engineer at Walmart, where he developed a Spring Boot microservice to consume a recursive and flexible JSON structure used to represent nested SQL WHERE clauses. He also worked as a research and development intern at VIT Chennai's Centre for Advanced Data Science, where he conducted research on performance analysis of graph-convolutional layers. Nitin's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering with Specialization in Cyber Physical Systems from VIT Chennai and a PCM + Computer Science degree from St. John's Sr. Sec. School & Junior College. He also attended Hiranandani Upscale School and Chettinad Hari Shree Vidyalayam for his high school and middle school education, respectively.
