Nitin Sehalot is a highly experienced Full-Stack Lead Software Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with AWS Cloud. Currently, he holds the position of Lead Technology at Synechron and is responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Prior to Synechron, Nitin worked as a Software Developer at Amdocs and Technical Associate at Sears Holdings India. During his tenure, he gained extensive knowledge and expertise in software engineering, AWS, test, SQL, microservices, Spring, Spring Boot, UI, Kafka, Redux, ECS, web, Java, CI/CD, NoSQL, backend, senior software engineering, ReactJS, Jenkins, DevOps, and integration. Nitin completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, Solapur, in 2014. Before that, he completed his Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan in 2009. With a relevant experience of 8.78 years, Nitin has proven his ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time.
