Nitin Sharma is an experienced Test Manager currently working at Vodafone, where he is responsible for analyzing requirements and designing quality matrices under the Agile project model. With over 13 years of relevant experience, Nitin has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. In his current role, Nitin is responsible for planning and executing preparation phases, including developing test strategies for Ethernet projects and test plans based on SDS, BRS, and HLD documents. He also manages the testing team’s project activity and plays the reporting manager role, taking daily stand-up meetings, reviewing test cases, and assigning them to test resources. Nitin has worked at several companies in the past, including Tech Mahindra and SmartData Enterprises Inc., where he held roles such as Senior Test Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst, respectively. In these roles, he has been responsible for managing testing teams, planning and executing preparation phases, and performing functional and non-functional testing on test and production environments. Nitin has a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Nagpur University and has completed several certifications, including ISTQB Foundation Level and CEH. He also has experience with several technologies, including Python, Salesforce, SQL, MySQL, iOS, and mobile. Nitin is an excellent communicator and collaborator, working closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality. He has been honored several times for his performance, including receiving the PET ON THE BACK Award for best performer of the month and the BRAVO Award for best performer on the project.
