Nitin Shiralkar is a seasoned technology and product leader with over 21 years of experience in product development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering at Lendingkart, he is responsible for building a fully digital lending ecosystem for credit-starved MSME segment in India. Prior to this, he spent seven years at Amazon, where he was responsible for launching new digital payment products from conception at scale of Amazon Pay. Nitin has been involved in managing large-ambiguous programs, driving 3P partnerships including mergers & acquisitions for inorganic growth. He also managed strategic customer accounts at Symphony Teleca (acquired by Samsung) for Automotive Dealerships, launched v1 products for Law firms at CoreObjects and built engineering modelling products at Geometric Software and Intergraph. His past experience at Amazon includes building a Pre-paid Payment Instrument (PPI) platform regulated by RBI to power Amazon Pay Balance and migrating 15MM+ Digital wallets. He also launched a Co-branded credit card in partnership with ICICI, which became the fastest-growing credit card with 1MM+ issuance in the first year. Nitin managed Tapzo merger & acquisition to launch Utility, Travel & Entertainment payment categories at Amazon Pay. Nitin is a graduate of Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He also completed a Diploma in Advance Computing from C-DAC. Nitin has extensive experience in Integration and infra and has relevant experience of 21.54 years.
