Nitin Shriram is a highly skilled technologist with over 15 years of experience in the digital media industry. He possesses a proven track record of leading teams to deliver robust and cost-effective solutions, and can alternate from a hands-on leader with a focus on architecture, design, and development to guiding the team on strategy, process, and subject matter expertise. Nitin's strength lies in building a team capable of taking a product from conception to production. Currently serving as the CTO of Intersection Co., Nitin oversees the engineering and technical operations teams, responsible for the overall technology strategy. His team is focused on building out IxNConnect, the technology platform that manages and optimizes partner content, developing data and monetization offerings, operating a fleet of digital screens in public spaces, and supporting Intersection's business systems. Prior to his current role, Nitin served as the CTO of Mediamorph, a technology company providing cloud-based solutions to film studios, TV networks, and content distributors. He helped build the platform capable of processing structured/unstructured/volatile data from hundreds of sources, which is a widely adopted product across all the major studios and TV networks. Nitin has vast subject matter expertise in licensing, royalty calculations, invoicing, and payouts. Before joining Mediamorph, Nitin worked at Doubleclick (now part of Google) for eight years and was extensively involved in building DART, the underlying platform supporting DFP and DFA. As engineering lead, Nitin delivered a consolidated reporting system used extensively on a daily basis by all publishers and advertisers to analyze campaign performance. Nitin's specialties include content licensing and distribution, analytics and dashboards, royalties (in/out, transactional/SVOD/linear), accruals, minimum guarantees, revenue attribution, financial systems integrations, reporting to music societies (DDEX standard), agile development practices, SaaS product development, offshore integration, and adtech campaign management. Nitin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Walchand Institute of Technology.
