Nitin Singh is a Senior Executive HR with expertise in Technical Talent Acquisition and Non-Tech Recruitment, currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Turing. With a career spanning 0.86 years, Nitin has worked on full recruitment cycle from understanding the stakeholder's requirements for the positions, building a pipeline, sourcing, recruiter's (HR) interview, aligning for technical interview, collecting feedback, compensation negotiation call, and onboarding. He has worked on Junior, Mid and Senior leadership hiring having been worked on various platforms including Naukri Resdex portal, LinkedIn recruiter in order to create a robust team structure for the Org. He has worked on the hiring across all levels from Junior, Mid and Senior leadership level, understanding the requirements of the stakeholders for the robust, dynamic team with the best of the class knowledge in the domain. Nitin has been working on client's roles, understanding the requirements and exploring new dimensions in Software Engg - Front End Developer, Back End Developer, IOS developer roles, and hiring globally. Nitin holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from Jaipuria Institute of Management, which he is expected to complete in December 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University, which he completed in December 2018.
