Nitin Verma is a 3X entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of InstaAstro, a holistic wellness platform that combines trusted Indian practices such as Astrology, Yoga, Meditation, Mantra / Chanting/ Pooja to provide mindfulness outcomes for customers in crucial life stages. With over 21 years of relevant experience, Nitin has a strong background in startups, new ideas, growth, mobile apps, product strategy, technology, consumer internet, digital transformation, cross-functional leadership, executive leadership, e-commerce, and payments. Prior to founding InstaAstro, Nitin served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Transformation at Kellton Tech, where he was responsible for planning and leadership for the global operations, integration after merger, sales, marketing, initiatives of the organisation, and responsible for the complete operations strategy, sales strategy, alliances, and key account management of global outsourcing ventures. Nitin also served as an Advisor and Stakeholder at Edureka, where he continued to function as a Non-Executive Director and Stakeholder after a partial exit in 2013. Nitin holds a BTECH degree in EE from IIT, and has a strong tech stack in mobile and integration. He is a cross-functional leader with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes, and has a passion for driving growth and innovation.
