Nitin Vinayachandran is a seasoned sales professional with over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the Head of Sales at Lumos Labs, a company that is building a metaverse to connect builders with opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem. Nitin's expertise lies in developer relations, startup accelerators, and the metaverse. At Lumos Labs, Nitin has been instrumental in aiding Web3 adoption among developer communities with programs since 2018. He has built a strong developer community of 60K developers and is focused on elevating their Web3 journeys. Nitin has executed over 50+ programs for top Web3 projects and has deployed over $10 Million into the hands of builders. Prior to Lumos Labs, Nitin worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Ilantus Technologies, where he was responsible for identity and access management. He also worked as a Territory Sales Manager- Enterprise Accounts at HackerEarth. Nitin holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Human Resource Management from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management, a BA in Economics from Mar Ivanios College, and a Commerce with Informatics (Computer Science) degree from BVB College of Engineering and Technology.
