Nitish Ambastha is a highly experienced Platform Architect with over twelve years of experience in mobile, wearable, IoT, and automotive embedded software development. He is currently working as a Platform PnP Architect at Intel Corporation, where he is responsible for concept building, ownership, creating USP solution, product development, and commercialization. Nitish has extensive experience in board bring-up, features and system solutions development, development of embedded BSP and Device Drivers for ARM on Linux based Platforms. He has worked with operating systems such as Tizen (Linux) and Android, and RTOS such as Nuttx, TizenRT, QNX, FreeRTOS. Nitish is proficient in ARM Architecture, including ARMv7A, ARMv7M, ARMv7R, ARMv8A, ARMv8M, and has worked with chipsets such as Samsung EXYNOS, Qualcomm MSM, Spreadtrum, Mediatek, Realtek, STM32L4, Dialog Semiconductors, NXP. In addition to his technical skills, Nitish has experience in team leadership and is proficient in C Language Programming and Data Structures. He has a deep understanding of modules such as Power Management, Thermal Management, Process Management, Interrupts and Exceptions, Serial and Parallel bus protocols, Timers, GPIOs, Schedulers, Block I/O layer, TrustZone, Bootloaders, Device Tree, Device Drivers, etc. Prior to joining Intel, Nitish has worked with Samsung Semiconductor India R&D Center as a Senior Staff Engineer, where he designed, developed, and drove Power Management solutions for Automotive systems. He has also worked with Samsung as a Senior Chief Engineer, where he played an active role in technical workshops and decision making throughout the conceptualization of products. Nitish has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur. He completed his Class/Grade 12 from D.A.V Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali, Ranchi, and Class/Grade 10 from Saint Francis School, Jasidih, Deoghar. Nitish is a Senior Software Engineer with relevant experience of 13.48 years. He has a strong technical background in mobile and embedded systems and has worked on a wide range of projects throughout his career.
