Nitish Phanse is a seasoned Technical Lead at Myntra, with over 7 years of relevant experience in the software engineering industry. He is currently responsible for leading the technical team in building the frontend of Myntra's app and desktop site using React, Javascript, Node, Typescript, and Golang. Nitish is actively involved in building the post-order experience flow for exchange, return, and alterations, using precaching, partial SSR, codesplitting for better performance. He is also an active contributor to Myntra's internal design system library. Prior to joining Myntra, Nitish worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Kyepot, where he honed his skills in software engineering. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Practo, where he was instrumental in building Practo Consult, a platform for patients to ask free questions, and the answering platform for doctors on the web using popular client-side technologies. Nitish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has a strong technical background in Golang, Javascript, Typescript, and Frontend web development. Nitish is a self-motivated and result-driven individual with a passion for building high-quality software products. He is an excellent team player and possesses exceptional communication skills.
