Nitish Sharma is a Lead Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in software development. He has a strong background in Java, Scala, Angular 8+, and Javascript using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Play Framework. Nitish is currently working on an IoT project where he is responsible for fetching and processing data from sensors and performing analytics on it. He has also worked on AWS Lambda, gateway, RDS, and other Amazon microservices to build an independent project. Additionally, Nitish has experience working on Spark Streaming for a Big Data finance project. In his current role at enlite research, Nitish is expanding the core logic of IoT platform in Java for Smart Buildings while leading a team of 3 developers. He has created Akka actor hierarchy in Scala to process incoming IoT data and send control signals to the sensors/actuators. Nitish has also built a project to send data from Raspberry Pi via 4G network to cloud servers for data processing and analytics. He has achieved encryption of IoT data to be sent over MQTT protocol from sleepy end nodes and gateways through VPN to cloud servers. Nitish is coordinating with the hardware team for setting up "Design Contracts" to ensure smooth communication between the sensors and the software platform. He has created user level alerts and notifications by identifying anomaly/issues in data processing streams. Nitish has also set up server infrastructure for client deployments and ensured 'go live' of client dashboards within specified timelines. In his previous role at globocom infotech private limited, Nitish single-handedly created the entire architecture of Ad flow for very fast incoming data using traditional databases. He made optimized APIs to fetch reports without hampering the existing flow as the DB was the same for both reports and normal logic flow. Nitish also worked extensively on MyBatis an ORM for easy implementation of mappers for mapping objects in Java. He designed standalone JARs to timely check DBs performance and report accordingly. Nitish also managed a team of 4 by assigning tasks and synchronizing work aesthetics for better coordination and overall performance. He made UI based components to alter the performance and real-time bidrate for different campaigns. Nitish has a Masters of Technology (M.Tech.) in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Engineering from the same institute.
