Nitish Silswal is a highly motivated undergraduate studying Computer Science and Engineering with a passion for algorithm optimization and application. He has experience working on large collaborative applications in both Software Development and Data Analytics roles, and is proficient in using Python programming language for accessing Web Data, managing Databases (in conjunction with SQL), Machine Learning, and Data Science. Nitish has also worked on Mobile App Development on android as a part of his internships as well as college electives. He has a keen interest in participating in competitive programming contests to remain sharp and updated. Currently, Nitish is a Data Scientist & Engineering intern at ODE Holdings, where he is involved in creating a new “Future of Consumer Data” by placing the power of ownership and control of the data in the hands of the consumer. In his previous role as a Software Development Intern at ServiceNow, Nitish worked on enhancing ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery workflow suite and using the new mobile API framework as the mobile experience was built on the old API framework. He also refactored LSD core business objects views (both read and edit) which involved the replacement of all the Item views with Standardized Templates to reduce redundancy. Nitish implemented Parameter Screens for Applets (the latest feature at the time) to achieve a better end-user experience. Nitish has also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the course Foundations of Data Science (BITS F320) at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Nitish's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus, which he is set to complete in 2022. He also attended Amity International School, Vasundhara, where he completed his secondary education. Nitish's technical skills include Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Software Engineer, SQL, Mobile, Android, ML, Web, Python, and JavaScript. With 1.19 years of relevant experience, Nitish is a highly driven individual with a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in his field.
