Nityananda Gohain is a highly skilled Founding Software Engineer with over 2.7 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. He is currently building SigNoz, an Opentelemetry Native APM that provides support for metrics, traces, and logs in a single plane. He is proficient in working with Go, Python, and OLAP databases like Clickhouse, which is excellent for analytical data such as metrics, traces, and logs. Nityananda's goal at SigNoz is to push their systems to the limits and improve performance while dealing with billions of rows of data every day. Before joining SigNoz, Nityananda worked at Atlan as an early engineer after seed round. He built authentication and authorization systems from the ground up and developed a credential management and third-party credential testing system for Argo Workflows using HashiCorp Vault. During his internship at Geminid Systems, he automated an end-to-end application involving Salesforce and DocuSign Platform using Selenium Webdriver in NodeJs and worked on mobile application development using React Native. Nityananda is one of the organizers of Golang Bangalore meetups and has given talks on various topics such as Search and aggregation service in k8s and Monitoring Go services. He is also proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Airflow, Elastic Search, Redis, DevOps, Salesforce, Ethereum, Smart Contract, Selenium, Javascript, and Mobile application development. Nityananda holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Tezpur University and completed his Higher Secondary (11+12) from Sri Sri Aniruddhadeva Junior College and High School from Montfort High School, Chabua. With his extensive experience and technical skills, Nityananda is a valuable asset to any organization.
