Nivedita Patekar is a highly motivated Software Engineer in QA with over 3 years of experience. Her career started with Emerson Innovation Center in the Oil and Gas domain, where she was responsible for software testing operations for projects for the R&D center in Pune. Currently, she is working as a Software Engineer - QA at ValueLabs, where she is involved in the Digital Postal Services project. Nivedita is passionate about her work and enjoys learning new things. She is self-driven, hardworking, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once. Her hobbies include painting, drawing, and singing. In her current role, Nivedita is responsible for analyzing and understanding requirements shared by clients, preparing query logs, and developing test cases. She is also involved in API testing using Postman and developing test strategies to support various phases of testing. Additionally, she reports bugs to the development team in an agile workflow and is involved in 2019 Server migration project smoke testing. During her time at Emerson Innovation Center, Nivedita worked as an Associate Engineer Software Tester, where she was involved in developing automation scripts using C# and .net Framework. She also exceeded goals through effective task prioritization and great work ethics. In addition, she contributed to the preparation of the defect management, communication, and test scope sections of the Test Plan. Nivedita's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from MKSSS's Cummins College of Engineering and a Bifocal in Computer Science from R R Shinde Jr College, Hadapsar Pune 411028. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from IU International University of Applied Sciences. Her tech stack includes test, QA, Software Engineer, SDET, and UI.
