Nivedita Ravi is a Robotics & Automation Engineer at Google, where she designs and deploys industrial automation and robots to scale for Google's data centers. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Nivedita has expertise in designing custom robotics solutions, advanced material handling solutions, process-flows, mobile robotics systems, and automation solutions for data centers. She defines automation standards and next-generation robotic solutions for this application. Prior to joining Google, Nivedita worked at Amazon as a Research and Development Hardware Engineer, where she implemented automation of individual item handling capability with next-generation robots and deployed integration with existing automation processes. She also worked as an Innovation & Design Engineer at Amazon, where she incorporated future technologies into current design for upcoming projects for Amazon Robotics and worldwide fulfillment. Nivedita holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science (MS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. She also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Anna University.
