Nivedita Talekar is an ambitious and motivated HR professional with a passion for recruiting and learning development. With over 9 years of experience in various facets of human resources management, she has developed a deep understanding of the latest HR trends and is always keen to learn more in order to provide the best possible solutions to an organization's business needs. Currently working as a Consultant in IT L&D at Northern Trust, Nivedita is responsible for training in global technology as an officer. Her past experience includes working as a Learning and Development Specialist and a Human Resources Learning Administration Operator at Credit Suisse, where she was responsible for publishing training events in the Learning Management tool, resolving issues as they arose onsite, managing learning and development tools/databases, and liaising with global training teams for smooth set up of trainings and high-quality services. Nivedita has a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Sinhgad Institute of Management and Computer Application, as well as a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology. She is also a research scientist with a keen interest in the latest technological advancements in the field of HR.
