Niyati Saxena is an Engineer and Educator with over 8 years of experience in program management and design. She is currently working as the Senior Program Manager of Design at Alohomora Education Foundation, where she leads the design and implementation of various educational programs. Prior to her current role, Niyati worked as a Fundraising Manager at inQUIZitive, a project started by Teach for India fellows to promote critical thinking and awareness among children through quizzing. She also co-founded Jaadu Ki Nagri, a co-learning space for students from under-resourced backgrounds to gain exposure to 21st-century skills through various programs such as student fellowship, financial literacy, legal literacy, experiential scientific learning, and career planning. Niyati holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, and completed her Senior Secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Bakhshi's Springdales Senior Secondary School. As a designer, Niyati has expertise in creating and implementing innovative educational programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners. Her ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, including students, educators, and community members, has helped her to design programs that are not only effective but also sustainable. Niyati's passion for education and her dedication to promoting critical thinking and curiosity among children make her a valuable asset to any organization.
