Noah Dietz is a seasoned software engineer with almost 7 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Google, where he is a part of the API Client Tools team. He has also worked with the Apigee Extensions and Apigee Hosted Targets teams at Google in the past. Noah is an API geek who enjoys working on every aspect of the API life cycle and building tools to facilitate it. He is also a Bay Area sports enthusiast and coffee drinker. Noah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University. During his time there, he gained expertise in software engineering, research science, computer vision, and testing. Before joining Google, Noah worked as a Software Engineer at Apigee, where he developed several products, performed performance testing, and even worked on green-field software development projects. He also worked as a Student Researcher at SFBTR 8 Spatial Cognition, where he implemented an experimental computer vision system consisting of a Kinect and an array of Pan-Tilt-Zoom Network Cameras. He also built a basic Google Glass application as a data acquisition tool for Project Augment. Noah is an active member of the tech community and enjoys attending and organizing meetups.
