Noble Joy is a dynamic and target-oriented software engineer currently working with redBus as a Software Engineer in the Payments Team. With over 4 years of relevant experience, he has a strong foundation in problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. He is also well-versed in full-stack web development and is always eager to learn and implement new technologies. Noble is a team player and has excellent verbal and communication skills. Prior to joining redBus, Noble worked as a Specialist Programmer at Infosys, where he played a crucial role in uplifting the end-to-end Appointment Management System, which refined existing methods of client business, increasing time management and efficiency. He also handled the rate synchronization feature across microservices for orders, based on monthly file upload of operators respectively. He refactored stored procedures for fetching matching trips to the feed by reducing database call latency by 66%. Noble's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from SRM University. He also attended Vincent De Paul CMI School, Pala, and St. Joseph's School, NTPC, Kahalgoan. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, Web, Microservices, Backend, and Javascript. In his spare time, Noble likes to implement something extra by getting his hands dirty on other tech areas apart from his daily work routine.
