Noman Syed is an experienced Frontend Developer and Engineering Manager based in Pakistan. With over 10 years of experience in the field, he has worked on a variety of technologies, but for the past 6 years, he has focused on building web applications using React JS and mobile applications using React Native. Currently, Noman is working as an Engineering Manager at nxt labs, where he is leading a team of frontend developers to build a React Native iOS and Android app and React JS web application for ByStored App, a storage company in London. He is responsible for architecting the project from scratch, assigning tasks to junior developers based on their strengths and weaknesses, managing releases, making technical decisions, and implementing CI/CD and analytics. He also provides consultation on UX issues and has helped design technical hiring processes and conduct technical interviews. Prior to this, Noman worked as a Lead Frontend Engineer at nxt labs and a Senior Software Engineer at gtech ventures. At nxt labs, he worked on the ByStored App project and was responsible for similar tasks as his current role. At gtech ventures, he developed software solutions by studying information needs, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle. He was involved in the overall project architectural setup and integration between the frontend and backend API server for ByStored and built the entire frontend and was responsible for the maintainability of the project for ByStored Admin Panel. He was also involved in the overall project architectural setup and integration for the ByStored Driver App. Noman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Karachi, which he completed in 2012.
