She is currently working with Bandhoo Solutions where she owns 4 SaaS-based ERP products for Real Estate companies. Her expertise lies in defining the product vision, strategy, and road map along with the 'Why', 'What', and 'When' of the product. Noopur is skilled in analyzing market trends and modeling the potential scope of growth in the Real Estate industry. Noopur has a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and working closely with engineers to continuously improve the product. She has worked with clients to improve the product and make it more vast and generic. Noopur has experience in wireframing and prototyping and setting up Google Analytics to track product usage. She is also a part of the leadership team of the company and works closely with the founders. Prior to her current role, Noopur worked with Buildsupply (Archer Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) where she held the position of Associate VP- Product & QA. She owned two SaaS-based ERP platforms for Real Estate construction companies and defined the product road map. Noopur managed a team of 10 engineers and worked closely with them to develop and improve the product continuously. She also worked with internal teams and stakeholders to generate new ideas for the betterment of the product. Noopur was also responsible for market research to analyze market trends and model potentials. Before her role as Associate VP- Product & QA, Noopur worked as a Sr. Software Test Engineer at Buildsupply. She started the QA process and handled end-to-end testing for the SaaS-based ERP solution for Real Estate companies. Noopur worked closely with the technology team and successfully launched the product in collaboration with the technology and product team. Noopur holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from JMIT, Radaur. Her tech stack includes QA, Test, Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer, Research Scientist, and SDET. With 8.19 years of relevant experience, Noopur is a highly skilled and accomplished Director of Product with a proven track record of success in the Real Estate industry.
