Norah Lee is a full-stack software engineer with a passion for customer-centric solutions. With over six years of relevant experience, Norah is skilled in Python, Javascript, and Salesforce. She is currently working as a Medical Scribe at City Optometry, where she performs pretests and diagnostic tests, consults and provides solutions for ophthalmic conditions for at least 30 patients per day, and transcribes examination results and dialogues between patients and the doctor quickly and accurately. In addition, she directs tasks and coordinates communication for all staff via Pidgin (chat client) and in-person by relaying clear information from doctors to help create smooth workflow. Norah is also responsible for answering phone calls and emails, and scheduling appointments using Demandforce (CRM software). Prior to her current role, Norah worked as a Data Entry Clerk at the Korean Community Center of the East Bay, where she transcribed at least 50 paper client records and service history per day into an electronic format on Salesforce. She also verified and updated data by communicating and collaborating with the caseworkers. Norah holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology & Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Computer Software Engineering degree from Hackbright Academy. She is a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment and is always looking for ways to improve and optimize processes.
