Noushad Ali is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 8 and a half years of experience in the field. He is currently working at Cisco as a Software Engineer on the Webex Contact Centre, which is a web-based application based on micro front-end architecture. He is an expert in HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, Node JS, Angular JS, and PHP. At Cisco, Noushad has played an active role in the design and implementation of various components, and code reviews. He has implemented various features in Contact Centre such as call transfer, sound notification, draggable components, and has mainly focused on pixel-perfect design and responsiveness. He has also worked on Cisco CUIC, a comprehensive contact centre reporting tool, and has been involved in bug fixes in legacy code, updating the components to support new features. Prior to joining Cisco, Noushad has worked at UXGurus Consultancy and Echidna as a Senior UI Developer. At Echidna, he quickly rose through the ranks and was recognized for his talent and converted to an Interactive Developer within three months. He has also worked with clients in the USA and has traveled onsite twice for project discovery and technical support. Noushad has a Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A) degree from Noble School of Business and has completed his Pre-University (12th) from Sharada Vikas Institute of Technology. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in Software Engineering, Web development, UI, NodeJS, Frontend, PHP, C, AngularJS, and Backend. He is an excellent analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail and has experience working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome or Safari web inspectors, and IE Developer Toolbar. He is a quick learner and has the capability to handle new technologies.
