Nunna Avinash is a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineer at Gojek Tech, currently working as a Software Engineer II at Rippling. With over 3 years of relevant experience, he has proven himself to be a valuable asset to any team he works with. At Rippling, Nunna has led and driven the effort to automate and build a configurable framework to send out Rippling PEO Notices to the corresponding Government authority, reducing SDE dev hours by a significant amount. He has also worked on a cross-team and external-team collaboration intensive project to send Rippling PEO posters to clients and a service to distribute them to all the employees, reducing manual effort put in by the support team. Additionally, Nunna has built a workflow for distribution of PEO Partner Company documents to the employees and admins of our client customers from a single partner company, creating a config-driven system to set up the document sharing process. Apart from his regular project work, Nunna has also contributed to Rippling's talent acquisition drive, taking part in campus drives and hiring fests. He has also contributed to Rippling's cross-platform search tool as part of the company's annual hackathon event, with his team being part of the top-5 teams in the entire company. Prior to his work at Rippling, Nunna worked at Gojek as a Product Engineer, where he was part of the company's most valued initiative back then - global expansion. He took complete responsibility for the projects to onboard new vehicle types in new countries, working on introducing taxi service in Singapore and car service in Vietnam. He also worked on building a convenient tool which helps onboarding in new countries seamless and fast, and took ownership of the driver onboarding flow after his initial months of work in it. Nunna holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from iiit Hyderabad, where he also worked as a Teaching Assistant. He has a diverse set of technical skills, including Software Engineering, Search, Python, SQL, Django, AI, ML, Research Scientist, Ruby, Golang, NLP, Tensorflow, Flask, and Computer Vision.
