Nupoor Sinha is a seasoned Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience in the industry. Currently working with Swiggy, she is responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance business operations. Prior to her current role, Nupoor worked as an Associate Consultant at Browne and Mohan, where she was primarily involved in two major projects related to Business and Marketing Transformation. She drove the marketing of a startup from its inception to building it a valuable brand using marketing tools like website, content strategy, social media presence, event participation and hosting, award recognition, investor identification, and fund-raising. Additionally, she drove the business transformation of a family business operating in the aerospace and defense industry post-organization restructuring, CRM implementation and sales analytics, manufacturing process reconfiguration (QCD), HR and finance process redefinition, and optimization. Nupoor also worked as a Brand Consultant at Achoo Entertainment, where she handled account management, new branding/process improvement opportunities for clients, and business development. Nupoor holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (Sastra), Thanjavur. She also holds an Engineer’s Degree in Information Technology from the same institution. Nupoor completed her high school education in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
