Océane Carenou is a Program Manager at IMPACT VALLEY, an agency that facilitates sustainable innovation through workshops, training programs, and an innovation lab. She graduated in 2020 from Institut Mines-Telecom Business School in Digital Innovation with a special interest in Sustainable & Inclusive Innovation. Océane has experience working in several startups in the social economy, which has allowed her to deepen her knowledge in the sector and sharpen her entrepreneurship mindset. As a Program Manager, Océane is responsible for content marketing, playing an active role in shaping future programs and helping maintain the team's high impact on the growing community. She also regularly facilitates journeys for groups, including citizen consultation of Le Havre, citizen participative budget consultation in Neder-Over-Heembeeck, and Greenlab Hackathon in Circular Economy. Océane is passionate about having a positive impact on her environment, especially in the gender equality domain. She spends a lot of time reading about it and debating how to improve it in our societies. She has experience in project management, research for partnership and budget, and organization of debates and lectures. Océane's past experiences include winning the 1st Prize in Software Hackathon at Linagora, an OpenSource Software provider, and co-founding and being the President of HeforShe club at HeforShe TSP/ IMT-BS, a branch of the global movement HeforShe (UN Women) to promote gender equality. Océane's education includes a PGE from Institut Mines-Telecom Business School in Digital Innovation and a Classe préparatoire ECS from Lycée Ozenne, Toulouse.
