Ojas Balsotra is a Senior Application Developer at WhiteHat Jr, a leading Ed tech platform acquired by BYJU'S Future School. With over 2 years of relevant experience, Ojas has a strong background in technical support and business development. He is proficient in programming languages such as Typescript, Javascript, C#, and Python. Ojas is currently leading a cross-functional team of eight developers at WhiteHat Jr to build outstanding in-class activities with the objective of making learning more engaging, exciting, and pleasurable for the student enrolling for the 'Create with Math', 'Learn with English', 'Arts & Animations' product of Byjus Future School. He is also managing and leading the Applet development process, from creation to final production deployment for the 'Create with Math' in five separate geographies (United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia & India). As a proactive communicator, Ojas ensures timely delivery by collaborating with all stakeholders, including Design, Curriculum, Subject Matter Experts, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams. He is passionate about Project Management, Product Side Development, and Business analytics. Ojas has previously worked as an Engineer Intern at Central Railways and as an Intern at the Institute of Satellite Telecom Pvt. Ltd. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Mission's College of Engineering and Technology, Navi Mumbai, and is currently pursuing an Executive Post Graduate Program in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore. Ojas's tech stack includes QA, Python, Javascript, and Typescript.
