Ojasvita Walgad is a Lead Deep Learning Engineer at RadiusAI, Inc. with a passion for AI and a love for dance. With a focus on building human-centric AI products, Ojasvita has spent her career developing her skills in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and object detection. Before joining RadiusAI, Ojasvita worked as a Software Developer in R&D at Reliance, where she was involved in 5G core and next-generation stack development. She also worked as a Software Developer Intern at Nowent, where she built a self-service iPad lead capture app and implemented a Firebase backend to the Ionic2 application. Ojasvita holds a Dual Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IIT, where she honed her skills in neural networks and other relevant tech stacks. With 3.78 years of relevant experience, she has become an expert in her field and is always looking for new challenges to tackle. In her current role at RadiusAI, Ojasvita is part of an amazing team building real-time video analytics software. Her work involves using deep learning techniques to develop object detection models that can identify and track objects in real-time. She is also involved in building reinforcement learning models that can learn from user feedback and improve the accuracy of the software over time. Outside of work, Ojasvita is a dancer in progress and enjoys exploring new forms of dance. She is also an AI enthusiast and is always looking for ways to use her skills to make a positive impact on the world.
