Olive Nyotu is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with over 11 years of relevant experience. Currently, she is the Co-Founder of Kromsystems Kenya, a firm that specializes in creating user-friendly interfaces for managing systems without the need for a technical expert. Prior to her current role, Olive worked as a Software Engineer at AFGRI Technology Services, where she was part of a team that automated the hiring equipment system. She was responsible for setting up the project from scratch, working on the backend using AWS serverless and GraphQL, and creating the UI from provided mockups. Her tech stack included React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, and AWS serverless. Olive also worked as a Software Engineer at SovTech, where she undertook projects from inception to completion, including setup, development, and testing. Her tech stack included Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS services. Olive holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi, where she graduated in 2015.
