Currently, he serves as the Head of Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud Operations at Cisco, where he leads a team of 1,000+ resources spanning three continents with a budget of over 300M+ annually. Om is a hands-on leader who can go technically deep while also keeping an eye on the overall business goals. He is adept at designing, leading, and solving complex technical and business problems at internet scale. Om has been instrumental in running big cross-company initiatives like Technology Transformation, Continuous Service Availability, and Multi-vendor procurement. Om is a pragmatic leader who builds highly motivated, result-oriented teams. He is a regular presenter to the C-suite and board driving stakeholder alignment for big cross-company initiatives.
